Journalism
In his work as a journalist – both in-house and freelance – Aaron has covered music, technology and the creative industries for various publications, producing a wealth of quality content for specialist and mainstream audiences.
While at Develop and IT Pro, he reported on independent studios and international businesses – including Adobe, Epic Games, IBM, Microsoft, PlayStation, and others – speaking with development leads, designers, analysts, and other subject matter experts.
Elsewhere, in his music and culture work, Aaron has reported on concerts and festivals, recommended dozens of albums, and interviewed up-and-coming artists.
Through his website, Fringe Frequency, Aaron continues to support independent artists and creators, showcasing new ideas and new faces from all backgrounds.

Copywriting
As a copywriter, Aaron has written crisp, clean, SEO-ready copy for case studies, support articles, event listings, artist biographies, and more.
He has been responsible for creating and managing content on Deezer’s global customer support website, taking articles from draft, to translation, to publishing.
Aaron also has extensive experience editing the work of fellow writers and external contributors to ensure accuracy, tone and style are fit for purpose and audience.
Communication
Communications has been a key part of Aaron’s work to date. He uses social media to share content he has created, post news, and present stories from publications and clients he has worked for.
He has been responsible for compiling and dispatching newsletters to five-figure mailing lists.
He has also acted as an internal communications contact, working with – and supplying important messages, reports and copy to – community managers, moderators, customer support agents, PR managers, and team leaders.
